Your interrogate has drastically incomplete info. Information you would want to include for a question resembling this would include the type of camcorder, type of disk, computer type(mac or pc). So for a best guess, the disk probably won't play in medium player because it uses a format that media player can't play(which includes copious formats.) Offhand without any info on the camera, I can't solve the problem for you, but you can try to right click on the video record, click properties and check the file extension. Then do a google query for that file extension and start near, you most likely have need of to download a video codec(which is computer terminology for a report that tells medium players how to play that kind of video.) If your disk(which by disk I assume you have it in mind DVD) plays in a dvd player, you can probably download and install a DIVX coded to get hold of it to play with medium player. As far as copying the disk, the easiest way to do that would be to download disk burning software. There are masses options for that, including free programs, but the most popular and simplest one I can estimate of is Nero. Sorry I can't be more specific, but your question is too indefinite to be answered with specifics. Hope I pointed you surrounded by the right direction. Does the camcorder record to a DVD or a strong disk drive? You may need to attain the video off the disk next to software that came near the camera, though any program such as Windows Movie Maker, Final Cut, or Avid should work. If it's a DVD, you may not be able to re-use the disk unless it's a DVD-RW.
