I have a clips on my video camera but there's no SIM card. Is it possible to put the video onto a computer even though there's so SIM card?

Phones use SIM cards, video cameras don't. What are you using - make and model number?
If you can connect your phone (I assume this is what you mean by CAMERA lacking SIM) to the computer - by cable, or bluetooth - you can transfer medium to and from computer.
If that does not work - you can send the video to your e-mail. What??
