I bough a camcorder a while ago and i lost the installation disk it had. When i try to connect it to my computer it wont read it. Can someone please convey me a link to a website where on earth i can download the driver directly. I tried a few but they have no intertwine to download, it only say to download the driver detective crap.

Your dv camcorder needs a firewire nouns (ieee 1394) in establish to download video, your PC probably did not come with a firewire port, so you will own to buy one and install it, since most computers (except possibly brand new) don't come with a firewire port, your camcorder did not come near a firewire cord so you have to purchase a cord too. Your camcorder did come near a USB cord and that is used for downloading stills from your camcorder. Have you tried Panasonic.com?
