This is my handycam that we have have for a while. My brother and I both plan to use it pretty often, and I am no technology whiz. It zoom in on merely two points - all the opening zoomed surrounded by and part-way between zooming contained by and way out. Even if it is contained by front of a stationary object for a minute on a tripod, it is still blurry. I deem someone accidentally set something on the menu, but when I look through the menu, I select auto and manual focus both separate times near no difference in point.
Any help would be enormously much appreciated. Ten points to the best, most effective answer!!

Remove the battery pack.
Disconnect AC power adapter.
Move the power switch to the CAMERA position for 15 second.
Move the power switch to the OFF position.
Reconnect the AC power adapter or reinsert the battery.
Turn on the camcorder.
