It is not. Those are audio simply. You could download the video to a pc and put on vcr or dvd, but not on audio cassette. I very much doubt it. Why would you want to?
Fisher Price made a video camera that did that many lots years ago, but I can't find one anywhere these days. It singular shot b&w with no audio, and the part was undeniably horrible.
Not that I know of. The closest thing might be a Digital 8 video and camera made by Sony. If if it did fit in a digital video recorder or video camera (which it won't)....I assume that the cassette, the oxide on the tape, and the speed of the cassette would not record an analogue or a digital signal. I wonder why you want to do a entry like this ? The information on a video cassette is huge as compared to audio.video recorders create frequent tracks on a tape and own overlaping and subcarriers frequiencies (the audio and the video being within the same physical location on the cartridge.
