I own a jvc camcorder it works within the house ok? but when i go outside the eyeshade goes white

Use the camera's menu to increase the contrast and stifle the brightness of the screen, if you are shooting straight into the sun consequently switch on the backlight control. Which Model?
Some come near a manual iris control, if it is set to spread out then the brighter environment outside will valet out the image.
Find the model next Google the item and you will come across an instruction manual on-line.
