I got it not long and have record a few things which played back fine but afterwards all of a sudden it no longer plays the video put a bet on. It lets me account with no problem but the peak stays blue when I try to play it back. It hasnt be dropped or knocked and the tape are brand new. Sometimes the imitation plays back but next to green horizontal lines across it. Is the product defective or do I just want a cleaning tape?

Whenever I record on it and next play it it shows stripes in the track. The camera is touch screen and I've be trying to fix it. Even when I connect it to the TV it still shows stripes in the passageway of the video. Ive been worried what should I do?
