Take stills from camcorder footage?
My camcorder doesnt have the opportunity to take still photographs, i be wondering, now ive get the footage on my pc, if near is any way to run still images from preferred parts.
Tape To Computer?
I have a Canon 675 or something similar to that. And I have going on for 5 tapes i want to put on a dvd but when i plug the camera into my laptop, i can singular get the pictures sour it but not the video that is save to mini VHS in the camera. I only just need to bring back the video to my computer, i know how to edit it and everything. I enjoy a 2006 Dell inspiron laptop by the way.

I would like to know the procedure for high-end show production such as for Titanic. Which video camera is used? Which editing software is used? Which is is the best medium to store the edited video (HDCam SR?)? How the video is transfered to to picture? Which are the formats used for TV Broadcasting? Thanks.
Thread measurements of my unsullied cavernous angle lens?
I just bought a Digital Concepts 72mm wide-ranging angle lens with macro for my Panasonic DVX-102BE. I want to attach the huge angle lens without have to put the macro on as well, but the broad angle has slightly smaller threads, so, its too small. Nowhere on the box or contained by the bit of paper it come with does it update me the measurements of the threads for the fisheye on its own Anyone got one of these lenses, or wanna find out the measurements for me? I guess itl be around 68mm??
Touch blind on Sony camcord packed up?
I have a Sony touch eyeshade camcorder. I can record but i cannot play it posterior. Any suggestions on how i can fix this? Inexpensively would be helpful! Also, i hold a dell inspiron E1505 and the screen is slickly smeared. There are like these dampen droplet things or something like that and i cant acquire them off beside just a cloth. is here anyway?
Transferring Mini DV to a computer Help needed.?
My friends and I have a show that we journal on local access on a mini dv format. However when it comes to editing the show my friend who edits it transfers the video onto his computer using my camcorder. While this process works fantastically it does mean that my camcorder is constantly at his house and I never attain to use and I'm the one who payed for the damn thing. Is near an accessory that we could buy that will verbs the tape to the computer so that I can use my camcorder and not hold to keep it at his house adjectives the time?
Transferring Mini DV to computer beside HQ results?
I have closely of footage on Mini DV's that I want to transfer to my computer at the unbeatable quality, repress them, and then put them on DVD's so that I can landscape them on my television and grant them to people. I used "Exsate DV Capture Live" at the topmost settings, and the video looked like trash- it be all choppy and fragmented. Not sure what to do. Is it the program? If so, are in attendance any freeware programs that can provide high level, DVD results?
Transferring video from digital camcorder to computer problem?
Samsung digital camcorder.. video on on memory card. When I plug the camcorder into the computer via USB, only the audio plays. No video. I downloaded the drivers. Anyone hold any thoughts on this? Thanks

Hello all! I lately bought a used Canon XL1 miniDV camercorder. When I record and playback, the motion picture is extremely glitchy. I read the manual and read that I needed to buy a headcleaner cassette, I did and still no difference. I be wondering if any of you know what else I can try. Thanks!
Trying to find a remote for my video camera?
My video camera came beside a remote, but i have since lost it. I've be trying to look it up online, but I can't even find the camera on here! If there's any way that i could establish just the remote that would be great. If you can find a website beside it then thank you so much! It's around 3-4 years old. It have a Carl Zeiss Lens. Touch Panel LCD. USB streaming. Optical 20x. 800x digital zoom. It's made by Sony. It takes mini DV tape. Thanks!
Unable to introduction video from Sony DCR-HC28 next to Firewire?
I'm trying to import video from my Sony DCR-HC28 using a firewire cable on my laptop. The laptop have the firewire output, and I'm using 4-pin to 4-pin. Everything plugs in fine but doesn't acquire recognized. I tried near camera on, in playback mode and everything else and still no luck. What's going on?
Unexpected Shutdown problems next to vista while trying to introduction MiniDV footage...?
Details: Relevent: I'm operating on a Vista home premium 32 bit, i'm connecting my miniDV camcorder via a USB 2.0 device (equivalent to IEEE 1394) an using Roxio video importing software that definately identfies my device when i connect it Probably irrelevent: My camcorder is a JVC GR-D370U My problem: I start up the Roxio video introduction software and select my device for capture... that's as far as I grasp. My computer then shuts down suddenly and completely, dumping adjectives physical memory immediatly. The same incident occurs when i tried to introduction miniDV footage using WMM (xp version) but since I was using it rotten of a thumb drive I didnt expect it to work. Anyway, I'm wondering if any1 has have any luck importing MiniDV footage on Vista. and if you hold, what did you do differently? Firewire is a possible alternative for me if i NEED it, but I'd rather solve the problem in need having to run out and buy a cable. Are in attendance any free alternative programs I can download and use>?
