I got a 10.1 megapixel camera for my birthday - out my own money. My birthday be December 11th. Tonight I kinda lightly dropped 2 cameras onto my dressing gown - I figure they'd be okay cause hte soft landing. But they bash against each other and the blind on my camera smashed!!, It's not a bad smash - It's inside the first vein of the screen but whenever I turn it on it's get a massive white light aft where it smashed no picture.
Do you reckon the shop will tolerate me exchange it for another one if I tell them something else happen to it?!
What shall I say, and what can I explain to my mom?!

Say your pet stepped on it. If you own a warranty on it the company should let you exchange it.
Please, for the sake of the shop, don't lie to them - especially if it be a small local dealer. Something close to this would not be covered under warranty, so if the shop took it support someone would end up paying - even if they assure you otherwise, they'll be taking a hit on it. Sorry but you're in a world of hurt. I'd afford up on the lying and try to be straight up honest with your Mom. Maybe the camera can be repaired.

i swear, that if truth be told happened to my friend beside his phone. don't know if you can exchange it, it depends on how nice they are, but it's always worth a try.

pps. recounting the truth is hard, but after the initial seethe it'll probably be over. your whole clan will probably forget about it two weeks next.
Tell the truth otherwise it will come final and bite you when your not expecting it, Accidents happen the more you try to cover it up the worse it will acquire when it comes unstuck.
