What's the difference between a shutter camera and a digital camera? I know that the shutter can also be digital. Why do they cause more? What's the profit of buying a shutter? Which would have the best picture element? A 6.1 megapixel digital shutter camera or a 10 megapixel digital camera? The shutter cost $500 and the other is half the price.
Answers: Shutter camera? A shutter is the curtain that open in the camera that exposes any the film or digital sensor. I suppose you are really asking in the order of an SLR (single lens reflex) camera versus a Point-and-Shoot camera (P&S).
So I interpret your question as which would be better, a 6.1 digital SLR that costs $500 or a 10 megapixel point-and-shoot camera that costs $250.
Which is better? I'd probably opt for the 6.1 megapixel dSLR. Though if adjectives you do is point your camera at something and take a picture, your much better past its sell-by date getting the 10 megapixel P&S digital camera.
A dSLR is an investment. You should be comfortable working in booklet mode on your camera or be willing to revise how to use manual mode. If not, stick beside a P&S.
