Camera freestyle won't stay charged?

i plugged it
okay, i have a kodak easyshare m753
i plugged it contained by to charge it, and the light stopped flashing, so that process it's done charging.. i turned it on and took a picture and it had the low freestyle sign on the screen.. why won't it stay charged?

Just because you got the camera just this minute does not mean the mobile isn't old. Many battery spend years on the shelf before they ever wrapping up up being used. Change the mobile. I own one of those too, good little 4 Mg Pix, your battery are most likely hoary, or the charger is going bad. The same is arranged to ours but the batteries are almost a year and a partly old. If they are topical I would take them spinal column and exchange them. Happy photography!!
