Both the Canon and the Nikon F6 are excellent, top-of-the-line professional cameras beside price tags to game.
That said, I 'd say that if that's what you're looking for, budge to a camera dealer that also sell trade-ins. There, you should get 'hand on' with the both of them. Note the placement of the controls and how the camera fits your hand. This assumes that you will be the one using the camera. If it doesn't fit you comfortably, you won't use it.
However, based on the certainty that you had to ask, I assume the camera is a bequest to another person. If you be the one using it, you would not need to ask.

Do you already enjoy lenses or flashes for Canon or Nikon? What have you be using so far? What kind of photography are you going to do next to it? Your first 35mm? Do not buy the best there is. Buy a as expected priced model and a couple lenses covering the 28 to 200mm range. A 28-80 and a 70-210 or 75-300 would be great choices. That agency you have not spent a fortune and you can win some good pictures. Meantime, lift note of what you approaching and dislike about your camera. Make a desire list of features you'd resembling in your subsequent one.
Maybe the best one is a smaller, lighter one that fits your hands better than a considerable pro camera you're scared to pick up because you might drop it.
