how do i upload the pics from the card to the computer? the light turns on but no option to upload the pics appear.

Do what most of us do ... buy a nice inexpensive card reader and copy your images that track .. it is much eaiser to do and you don't have to verbs about the battery dying mide image transfers. Click on MY COMPUTER
Click on the statue for your camera, or the memory card
You should see a file or files.
Click it (them) begin to see your pics.
