I'm afraid you'll enjoy to know something about photography or really know your camera in good health. Many times it's not the camera but the photographer. If you want a picture to turn out very all right in adverse lighting you'll hold to know a bit about photography. PS a incredibly good camera would be the Canon PowerShot A630. 4X optical zoom, 8 megapixels. But it's not massively small and cute. The answer to your question is simple... the camera of the year.

You can't batter this camera.. its got a huge peak on the back to outlook your images, its get Canon's uncomparable superior image point... its small, compact, lightweight, not bulky at all.. its solitary $172 AND although for some that may seem similar to a lot if you dont want to spend over $120 or $150, for the camera you will attain you simply dont overlook great quality and a great camera within exchange for being cheap.
Hands down this is THEE camera to buy. length.
