I have this camera and I've have it for a month now and it be working fine until just immediately when I tried to put pictures on the computer it won't work. I hooked up the cord to the computer and my camera like ordinary and the charging light come on normally and when I turned it on zilch happened. It didn't upload anything what is the problem?
Answers: Do not put that Easyshare disc into your computer. They download things to run short your knowledge, and nouns up extra stuff in your 'C' drive. It took me a long time to amount out how to get their program out of my computer. My Vista have a photo gallery that works perfectly.
Are you connecting it up correctly. Of course the small cease goes into the one and only plug it can fit, then the other go into the USB plug in your computer. Kind of looks similar to a spear. Make sure you turn the camera on, and your batteries are up.
