plug within the camera and find the pictures the manual process by exploring the device through My Computer. It'll be down there near the CD drives and such. Double click on it, and survey around in one of the probably two folders that bad be in the camera. Mine are found contained by a file call DCIM. Drag and drop to desktop, and you're done. Have you been downloading succesfully within the past? If so, determine what is different in a minute. Have you gone to My Computer and found the camera icon here to open the photos? I assume you are using the cable and USB port method of downloading. Use a card reader instead.
