I borrowed it from my friend and when the battery be really low, I was gonna charge it. whenever I put the usb within, and turn the camera on, it says, that I stipulation to change the battery-operated pack.

Cheese lover bob is correct. That camera does not charge by usb. You need to steal the batter out and put it in the batter charger that it come with or some other compatible third knees-up charger. You charge the camera by taking out the battery, putting it into the charger, and plugging the charger within to the wall. (only iPods charge by USB port.)
