Try Radio Shack!! I believe the freestyle for this camera is the NP-900. Thus, any charger which can charge an NP-900 battery should work.
A look into on eBay shows many NP-900 chargers available.
A seach within Google or Yahoo! for NP-900 charger should come up with plenty of stores for you.
EDIT: that "bestlaptopbattery" cooperation that someone provided shows a very overpriced third-party charger. You can usually find that charger for give or take a few $12 online.
