Answers:
All 3 take excellent photos. Of the 3 I would rule out the Fuji S700 because as I figure out it does not have aperture/shutter priority, which help in taking photos.
Check Website dpreview.com for reviews of copious cameras, prices and specifications.
I'd definately say any of the Fuji Finepix cameras. I have a Finepix camera and they text good video with nouns. My camera also takes really apposite pictures. I'd also say that the Finepix cameras are reallly flowing to learn... they own the basic buttons as any other camera would. Some accesories you could buy for it are possibly a bigger camera card, camera case? Most of the accesories comes beside it. I cannot comment on the first request for information, since one would have to be experienced shooting adjectives three to make that evaluation.
The second cross-question, any skills you have using an adjustable camera can be used beside equal success on any other adjustable camera. If you hold never used such a camera, at least one class contained by photography will reduce the frustrations that can befall the start photographer.
Best video? Refer to the answer to the first question (however, the video features on P&S or Bridge camera's hold much lower resolutions than a proper video camrea)
These SLR-like camers have smaller sensors than DSLR's and lenses that cannot be interchanged for others as does DSLR's
DSLR's enjoy a host of accessories (Nikon and Canon especially) including hundreds of lenses, exotic and used, external flash units, bellows, copystands and more.
NOTE: DSLR's do not own a video function
