I know about a extremely cool site: http://www.specool.com . You can search and compare detailed specifications of hundreds of the most popular digital cameras, and find alot of information, such as expert reviews. To find a camera inwardly the price range of $200, merely spec out the price to be between $100 and $200. Cameras under $100 are usually toyish, but you can find a clothed one in the $100 to $200 inventory. Make sure you check their help page first because the rummage through interface is a little more involved than others.
if you turn onto amazon.com, you can find very professional ones contained by your budget, also, this one is very appropriate:

so, there's this little store, i call upon it walmart.
coolest looking camera i've ever seen, beside 7 mps and under 100$.

All you need to do is plug within what you want, and it gives you a comparison of different models. Don't verbs if you don't know what the question funds, just skip it and verbs to the next interview.
Then go to Amazon and do a flush for the models you like and read the reviews.
