I dropped my Olympus Camedia digital zoomcamera on the sidewalk by accident (from waist height) The camera still works and take photos just as until that time but the LCD screen is very soon always bright white... thus I cannot see what I'm photographing previously hand... I only have to shoot and guess... also out is anyone able to preview instructions and setting change. It is not cracked and none of the parts are displaced. Is this something a camera shop can fix? Or am I out 250$ over a drop? My warranty expired a year ago.
Can pictures be restored to a digital camera if the scan disk foot be reformatted?

I bought a Fujifilm Finepix F470 off of ebay camera works great but lithium freestyle soon died and it was individual holding a handful of pictures. And I am very electroically challenge! The battery say NP-40N on it and next to that is to say says 3.6v 730mAh what does that tight because every time I look up that battery on ebay none pop up unless I basically enter np-40n fujifilm. Also what kind of memory card do I have need of? Ten points if someone can help me out! Thanks surrounded by advace!

I am in the flea market for a macro lens...finally. I've read great recommendations for Canon's 60mm f2.8 marco lens. I've also hear that the Canon 100mm is better. But I am not entirely sure if I can use the 100mm on my Rebel XTi. Please advise. Thanks!

suppose I've bought Panasonic FZ18 or Olympus SP 570 UZ..which is basically a compact digicam of fixed lens consisting of a fixed type LCD. Can the LCD be converted to a rise and fall angle type like Canon Powershot S5 IS ? If so, can this be done at any Camera repair/manufacture center or are in attendance specific centers for it ? Is it atall possible at any stage ? I live in Kolkata

Can this take place to memory cards?
Well...I was climbing a tree, camera surrounded by hand, and I slipped, sending my camera flying...after hitting it against the tree branch. >..< Well, the freestyle and memory card thing come flying out...I found them, put them back within. Well, I turned on the camera, and my recent pictures were gone...extremely old pictures (long since be deleted) in their place! So I delete them, oh well. What could I do? But immediately it seems similar to my camera doesn't hold NEARLY as many pictures as it held earlier. When I knocked the camera silly, is it possible for the memory card to immediately hold less pictures than in the past? It doesn't make sense...but is within anything I can do about it? Its driving me out of my mind!
