so the thing my mom bought a Nikon D200 almost a year ago and has be sitting in our house ever since except for when I use it. The camera be bought for taking pictures of peoples teeth and currently have a Nikkor 105mm lens on it. I REALLY REALLY want to buy a lens for it and my mom is making a BIG deal roughly it and saying you don't buy an complement for something you don't own! I didnt drop it or anything, it just wont turn on. i tried a unusual battery (my sister get the same camera, same time and hers works so i used her battery) and that didnt work. the lighting turned on like it be reading it or something but it never turned on. i dont know if it is just the lens that wont get underway, but the screen doesnt turn on any... i got it at christmas this year so it is still underneath warranty, but i dont think i enjoy the recipt. if i dont have the recipt can i do anything to fix it??
