I own put a link on the previous quiz for the manual.

As for the video sending, it would be sent via MMS (Multimedia Message Service repeatedly called picture messaging although it can do video and nouns etc too). The content of an MMS can only be a maximum of 300kb so if the video is bigger than that it can't be sent via MMS, bluetooth is the best process to transfer hulking files.
