I bought a Nokia 1100 from ebay. It is assigned to work with "7-eleven Speak Out Wireless". The cellphone be new when it arrived. However, it have assigned a number already. I live in California and the nouns code is from Virginia. How can I changed it to my area code? This cellphone have a SIM card.
