If is is an online hobby on a server , it could be a technical glitch near the server, the server may be having some cable problems. Wait a couple of days and try again. Also you should pop in the official Sony-ericcson website and check their support page.
Is it a bright phone? If so, those features might not be added. I got a strange phone a while back and I didn't own voice mail or hail as waiting even though those things were supposed to come beside my plan. I called cingular and they set it up for me. It be quick and painless. Hi i had duplicate problem on my k530i i had save a game on my memory card surrounded by the phone so what i did was to purloin the memory card out the phone then inserted it again & after that everything be ok !
if its saved on the actual phone it could be because the memory surrounded by the phone itself could be nearly full so try deleting something resembling your sent text msgs & recieved text to free up some memory space ... hope this info helps solve ur problem
