Orange - have anyone be quoted a large amount over the phone that didn't materialise? have lately been quoted lb15 a month for free
have lately been quoted lb15 a month for free Nokia 6500 classic, 100 anytime any lattice min, unlimited text and consequently an added 200 min a month for 12 months free of charge bundle of mins (so total inc min = 300) - does this sound too correct to be true for orange?

It does a bit. I was quoted a large amount by Orange that they then tried to claim be impossible, but I got them to honour it eventually.
However, be you /absolutely/ sure you were conversation to Orange? This sounds like an proposition from one of those 'approved' dealers, who I would steer okay clear of. Call Orange on 0800 079 2000 and see if they can confirm it.
I get conned with O2 at the carphone warehouse . At the finishing of my first contract they signed me up to 200 roll over minutes and texts for 18 months adjectives for lb25 per month. Plus cheque back . Turned out in attendance was no roll over and no cheque rear . To say I be annoyed doesn't come close. When I appealled they checked the phone call and go with the accomplice of staff. Be careful if it sounds to moral get it contained by print unlike me. Good luck. Not unusual for Orange, as a company they enjoy gone lower and lower over the last three years and i'm afraid they shift from worse to worse. Their customer service used to be second to none but since allowing a lot of their telephone call centres to be out of uk they hold just sunk both honesty and indemnity and i would advise anyone to avoid them resembling the plague. We are with Vodafone and own not had any problems which could'nt be sorted slickly but after a couple of years with them it seem they take you for granted. Next time we are going to consider o2 or the 3 make friends as we have internet nouns with 3 and it's great.
