It is on mart for $199 refurbished, rabat, and a new 2 year plan. Is in that a way that I can start a spanking new 2 year plan starting as soon as i upgrade instead of waiting til October?
A rep told me that they could do something like this next to the blackjack 2 but i was too busy playing around next to the blackjack 2 that i payed absolutly no atention to what she said. so anyone ever done this? thanks
(just for the journal the Blackjack is an awsome phone....im just a suker for phones next to tuchscreens and fancy mechanisms :o)

when you upgrade you go and get a new 2 years plan comes near the upgrade, like starting over again * Monthly Recurring Cost (MRC) is base on a three month average of your rate plan plus selected background features.
* The Standard 2-year contract renewal discount is the same for investigational customers.
* Upgrade offers are determined per respectively individual line.
* You can earn further equipment discounts of up to $100 off of the standard 2-year contract renewal discounted price.
If the att rep said that they can upgrade you today then you should enjoy no problem upgrading to what ever you want. the upgrade means getting a discount on the phone within exchange for your renwal of contract for 24 month. the reason why the rep is conversation to you about the black jack 2 is because she/he assumed that you want the BJ 2 since you enjoy the first BJ. another reason is because retail stores don't own any refurbished phone. refurbished phone are only available on queue or through the phone sales department. clear sure that you are available for an upgrade with out any exceptions. because if they are overriding the upgrade consequently you can't order online because you are realy not available for an upgrade. as a result you might want to try talking to customer service. sometime if you are next to in thee month to your actual upgrade daylight, the att rep will override that. you don't have to hang about until your contract is up to upgrade as the standered upgrade time is 4 month way from the closing stages of your contarct and the upgrade eligiblity goes by the amount of money and profit att make out of you...so if you are a high profit customer you can upgrade after one year into you contract and draw from some sort of intesentive to do so. if you are a cheap low profit customer then don't expect to upgrade until 18 month into you contract. i presume there upgrade process is open-minded compared to other carriers. I hope that this relief...oh by the way the att tilt or 8925 sucks...sorry to report you that...as far as touch screens run i would go near the Iphone...if you want a faster internet speed i would wait until the 3G I phone comes around...also near is a new LG touch peak that is comeing within a cople of month...good luck
You can upgrade anytime you want, and start the clock ticking at 24 months again. You don't own to add your remaining contract time to another 24 months. From the company's point of scenery, if you have, read out, 5 months left, they'd a bit have you locked contained by for 24 months.
The reason wireless companies require contracts contained by the first place is to recoup the subsidy for the headset we all grasp cheap for a lot smaller amount than they actually cost.
If you hold had your headset for like 18 months, afterwards you will probably be able to bring back another discount on a new phone.
