take it backbone to where you purchased the phone and hold them unlock it. If you cant, then you enjoy bought a stolen phone that has be locked by the previous owner. If this is the case, the phone is useless. thow it contained by the trash or take it backbone to the person you bought it from and capture your money back. Good Luck.
