Sony ericcson K800i. You can get them for around lb80. Got everything you're looking for and a great camera. Very user friendly.
if your looking for a good GSM phone, a reliable adjectives cheap model is eather the Nokia 6103 (discontinued), or the Nokia 6085
both have few problems(if any) and areeasy to use, nokia is certain for being unbelievably durable (with the exception of the 5300 model)
