yeah in window if you click start button then my music, you will see an itunes folder, the music is stored here you can copy it anywhere you option. including your phone. you can just drag songs onto your phone out of the itunes folders - but not using the itunes application - only just use "My Computer" to browse your music folders.

When you connect your phone to the PC it should be visible as only another drive on the PC
