I just get the EnV for Verizon a few days ago. Now, I cannot erase my messages, pictures, sounds, or anything for that matter. I press the button below "erase" and nothing happen. Can anyone help?
(and yes, I know I involve to go to tech support but I required to know if there be a quicker answer)
