this site doesn't require you internet on phone. it is a not detrimental site and send ringtones directly to your phone. nifty and always works. works for us cellular. check it out!
I use myxer.com It sends the ringtone to you as a picture message, so you don't need to use the internet and you don't own to hook your phone up to the computer. Mine can't do either and I use myxer.com and find ringtones without a problem.
