My mom works for the Highway department and she found this phone on the side of the enterstate. Well, where i live t-mobile doesnt capture any service, so...i sold it on e-bay..but then i started thinking..what if this party hasnt got it deactivated? will i get hold of in trouble?? i didnt realize this at the time but ancestors has be telling me that the human being who bought the phone cant get it activate unless the other person have already got it deactivated. I never achieve in trouble and i kinda panicky!:( the phone has already be sold but i havent sent it yet.. what should i do?!:( please no penny-pinching answers...im being serious.

The entity is right. But after so long it gets disconected and you dont know how long it sit. If the new owner go to get it activate and theres a problem they will explain it to her you wont get surrounded by trouble becuase the situation and if the new owner have a problem im certain they would own contacted you.
open up the final, and take out the sim card. That is the knob to the persons article. You may also want to go surrounded by and delete their contacts off of the phone.
you can appendage it over to one of the t-mobile stores or the police and give put a bet on the money to the person who brought it on ebay
depends how long the phone has be lost and if it is on contract or pay as you stir if the phone is on pay as you progress they would most likely forget something like it. i would just return the seller hold on to hold of the phone for a month and then if it is still alive sell it again on ebay. Don't verbs just remove the SIM card and ship the phone, the other character can use it with no problem, because T-mobile uses GSM exchange cards so that means they can use it next to no problem, but if it was a CDMA phone close to verizon or sprint, then ya you would be contained by big trouble, but don't worry your fine =]
and also don't forget to do a master reset on the phone, so everything will be delete, the password for the master reset should be zeros
