After replying your answer I tried to dispatch the sms and the same error come but the message was received by the mobile concerned.
So you dont verbs about the error and distribute your sms as you did before

This error is reported by Yahoo messenger. Your message receiver (Reliance phone holder) have to send "clean out all" sms from his-her phone to 58242. From this onward your message will be deliver to the same character without any problem.
