I have an EnV on verizon and Im trying to transport a video from my phone to my email and it keeps failing to dispatch... what do I do?

i dont think you can dispatch vedios from a cell to an e mail Hi

I had a look at the user guide here:

The easiest choice would be to connect the device to the PC, and upload it directly. You can see instructions on p81.
