When my friend try to send me ringtones on my phone it say on there phone nouns failed. WHY?

Answers:  Without too much information... character of hard to backing... like what phone are they using? What munificent of ringtone are they sending? Can your friend bluetooth to other devices fine (this would see if it is your device or is that has the prob)? Can you bluetooth other devices (like the former ask but reversed)?

Or... you could go to www.blackberry.com click on support and services and type contained by their knowledge basis something like:

'nouns failed bluetooth' which should donate a bountiful amount of responses based on trouble tickets that Blackberry enjoy had lodged to them or other specified problems.
