Definitely the best site I've used is Phonezoo.com. I've have an account for over a year and they are totally free. Plus it's cool to see the different users and check out adjectives the profiles. I've tried some of the other "free" sites and they either don't work, sent me non-stop spam set book messages, or they weren't actually free. If you want a trustworthy place that will hook you up, use Phonezoo.com.
I don't know any sites, but if your phone comes next to a usb cable then adjectives you have to do is plug your phone into the computer and drag your mp3s to your phone's folder.

no// lots of website promise you free ringtones but none of them work.. the best suggestion i can give you is procure the tzones plan. it only cost 5.99 a month and you can grasp unlimited internet although at dial up speed.. then download opus mini which is an awesome software for any java enabled phone. it works like a charm and the trellis pages look exactly similar to in ur computer. after getting those you can travel to one of the listed websites and download it through your phone.

The best point to do is if you have a USB cable for your phone,,Which most phones do at the moment,,Download the song you want off Limewire, imesh something resembling, then merely plug your usb cable in and transport the song that way, its Free and trouble-free.
