http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.p... Dont verbs nothing wrong beside the phone itself. The sim hasnt been activate properly or AT&T hasnt accepted it nonetheless.. They have these problems time to time.
What you can do is any call AT&T customer service through landline phone and explain exactly whats showing up on the phone and share them the sim might not have be activated. Trust me they will support you out might have to loaf a little becos they will be putting you on hold every 5 mins
Or you can other take it to a proximate dealer and expain and youll achieve yours done a lot quicker
