A few months ago my touch eyeshade broke, so they've replaced it once.
This time, I didn't drop my phone or have river damage. The peak just turned blue and presently won't turn on or anything.
So it's not my fault that it won't work.
Do you consider they'll let me replace it?
Or procure a different phone in place of the chocolate that's equal attraction? Because I REALLY don't want another chocolate if they're going to keep breaking.

They will replace the unit near the same phone you purchased. You could update them you want a different phone but you will be charged any applicable fees.
i have a chocalate strawberry phone but it never broke i judge u should ask about it online at within website. first. I'm sure this one is a software problem, not a problem you cause. They replace your phone if anything is wrong with it but they hold to give you another chocolate. If you want a different phone, you'll probably own to pay more..
I replaced my chocolate 3 times ultimate year due to it basically coming apart on the side and almost splitting completely. You're one and only supposed to get 2 returns a year but they made a mistake next to one of the phones they sent me so I got an extra return.
