At&t - do they charge you for listen to the FM radio on your phone?

If you have a phone that already have FM radio on it without have to use a downloaded program then near is no charge to use it since it has nil to do with the AT&T net and is a function of your phone (in other words it will work even if you didn't have service). They do not charge you for listening to the FM radio, but if you use mobi radio, they will charge you but i believe you own to subscribe for that, FM Radio - no charge
