Phone problems!? I have a nokia 5300, and the blind broke
I have a nokia 5300, and the blind broke by my fault! I hold t-mobile service and i was wondering if they would tolerate me exchange the phone for another one. i think it will cost me the second phone price but adjectives i have to do if tht works is to run out the sim card and the memory card.

without insurance you will own to buy a used phone or new phone at FULL PRICE. hope you hold insurance, but if youre not under contract you can take a deal on a phone if you sign a contract If it is broken due to physical damage it voids the manufacturer warranty so it cannot be exchanged, but you can still upgrade with a brand new contract. Your sim card and memory card can be used in any other tmobile phone.
the finishing guy added that you will have to reward full price unless you are no longer under a contract. to be exact not true. they recently changed their upgrade program so you can upgrade and take a discount with a clean contract at ANY TIME. i know, i work in customer supervision.
