well my son have At&t go phone..and i bought him this one.. if he take his sim card out and puts it in this phone will it work?

Yes , the public notice says that this phone is unlocked, purpose that it is not programticly paird with a specific sim card so you sould be capable of use this phone with any service no business the branding as long as the equipment is compatibple...
which for a GSM phone (ones with a usable simslot)

the individual drawback is that the phones software may be specific to a carrier and may not allow you to do everything you may want to capture it flashed to a AT&T version contained by order to do everything or within may be some manula setup to do....you should at least be capable of make call though...

Ya, I have a Razr, and as long as it have the slot for the SIM you can put it in any At&T phone.It also will hold all of the contacts and everything will be resembling his old phone.

You can use a regular SIM cards from contract phones and put it into ATT GO PHONES. But you can not take a ATT GO PHONES SIM card and put it into a regular contract phone. I tried it earlier. It doesn't work. You completely can use that phone with the SIM that you enjoy. It used to be that Gophone accounts wouldn't work with 3G handsets. That doesn't issue for two reasons; first, to be precise not a 3G phone...and, you can now use the Gophone sim near a 3G phone.

All of these people that are proverb "No" have no hypothesis what they are talking almost. Any AT&T sim card will absolutely work surrounded by any gsm phone that is not locked to another web.

The only article that may be an issue is the software that is within that phone. Sometimes unlocked phones don't like to play nice next to MediaNet (the internet browser in the phone). For voice purposes though, here is no reason to believe that you will hold any issues as long as the phone is what the ebay listing say it is.
