Do you foot for the certificate messages you distribute? or just the ones you receive?
or just the ones you receive?
Answers:
The truth is it depends on the provider, plan, and contract/agreement you have. Most providers charge for both. Some one and only charge for outgoing. Others include free texting.

You pay for the messages you both dispatch and receive. The charges are about $0.10 respectively incoming and outgoing messages. To save yourself a negotiate, phone companies offer messaging bundles of unlimited or controlled messaging.
