I receive calls and sms. I can also dispatch sms.I changed my card to another phone, and could call, but when i put spinal column into iphone, i am unable to ring.
i have played near it, and don't know, maybe i changed some settings.
i tried to reset adjectives the settings and even that didn't help

This seam to be a common "reported" issue on some Iphones
The trick explicitly reported to get your phone working again is this. Switch your Iphone into "airplane Mode" Then switch "airplane mode" to past its sell-by date
After doing that, the phone should be back to common. Hope this works for you
