i juz unlocked my new w580i. and used it for almost 1 week. in a minute it's in a frozen mode for no basis. when i switch it on, the screen appears beside a letter 'f' and near were no response after pressing any buttons. i tried taking out the battery-operated n sim card n reinsert them n on it back. but indistinguishable problem reappear. how can i fix this?? pls help! thankfulness.

Go and ask the guys who unlocked the phone for you, they might have messed up the unlocking process (if so constraint a full refund for the phone!) yeah they need to reset your phone and fix what they messed up.. worthy luck
