If it's the first, then it shouldn't be any more than a 'normal' SIM. If this is what you're after consequently i assume it's because you have changed to a 3G enabled headset. If that is correct next just give the name your network who should be capable of do a 'SIM swap' and set you up on a 3G enabled SIM.
If you're after a network 3 SIM after best to nip into a 3 store and would cost you between lb5 and lb10.
