i lost my verizon cell phone u740(now called alias) and didnt enjoy insurance. i dont have money to buy an expensive one. where on earth can i get one? already looked at ebay and craigslist.

also, how do i know if the phone self sold is stolen? i dont want to buy a phone only to find out when i try and start it that i cant because it is stolen
