We recently took a weekend trip, during which our cell phone AC power supply mobile chargers were placed surrounded by the same case. One cell phone is a BlackBerry the other a Razor. Both chargers have impossible to tell apart type of connection. But I notice a slight difference in the output. I don¡¯t know satisfactory about electrical ratings and don¡¯t want to unsystematic ruining the battery on any cell phone. One charger is 5.0v¡­850mA, the other is 5.0v¡­0.5A. Can anyone tell me which charger belongs to which phone, or does it not breed a difference and they are interchangeable?

Your output voltage is the same. That is the most major thing.

The difference within mA (850 vs 500) is not significant. The charger with the 850 mA dimensions might charge your phone a bit quicker but the difference would be slight.

You can use either charger on any phone.

If it concerns you the RAZR charger is 500mA (0.5A)
