I believe the Pebl uses a Sim card and I hear Sprint does not use Sim cards so I am assuming this will cause focal issues correct?

Answers:  No. It will not work. The PEBL is a GSM phone, which requires a sim card in writ to work. Sprint's phones and network are CDMA, which doesn't use sim cards. They are two completely different technology and are not compatible with respectively other.
