i am using VENTONES which is a free site in which you upload a song and choose 20 to 60 sec. of it, and use it as your ringtone.

I also create my own ringtones from my own songs.

I use VENTONES for my ringtone, it works great next to T-Mobile, never have be charged and I do not get spam any. Ventones is awesome.
